Munawir and Asyraf Zaky Elected as Student Leaders of IAIN Lhokseumawe
EDSA – Munawir and Asyraf Zaky have been unanimously elected as the President and Vice President of the Student Executive Board (DEMA) of IAIN Lhokseumawe for the 2025-2026 term. Their election was confirmed through a consensus decision by participants of the Student Deliberation Forum, reflecting strong support and confidence from the student body.
In their leadership, Munawir and Asyraf Zaky have pledged to bring a clear vision and mission to the student organization. Their main focus is on enhancing the academic experience, strengthening student engagement, and fostering a positive impact on the broader community. They have also emphasized the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability in governance.
"We sincerely appreciate the trust given to us by the students of IAIN Lhokseumawe. This is not just a title for us, but a responsibility that we carry with full commitment. We promise to work hard, listen to students' aspirations, and ensure that this organization serves as a true representation of student voices," said Munawir in his victory speech.
